SvitloDIM: more than 2800 buildings receive funding for energy independence

The Government’s SvitloDIM support programme for apartment buildings continues.

🔹 2 813 buildings have already received funding totalling more than UAH 700 million

🔹 More than 4 880 applications have been submitted

🔹 11 banks have joined the programme

With the funds received, building co-owners are purchasing equipment to ensure the stable operation of essential infrastructure in apartment buildings. More than UAH 600 million has already been transferred to suppliers as payment for building equipment.

The most common choices are batteries, inverters and battery management units, which provide autonomy without a constant need for fuel.

The ministry’s commission has already reviewed 4 838 applications, approving 2 813; the others were rejected, and the co-owners’ representatives can reapply after revising their documents.

Applications can be submitted online via the website svitlodim.gov.ua, using a personal account on the Diia portal.

The Government’s SvitloDIM programme (the “Assistance to apartment buildings” service) is implemented by the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine jointly with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and partner banks.
