These terms apply to the official Minregion website, its information materials and available electronic services.

Purpose of the website

The website publishes news, documents, the Ministry’s areas of work, information for citizens and communities, and contact details. Public materials can be viewed without registration.

Using published materials

Check publication and update dates. When applying a legal act, consult its current official version. General information does not replace an individual response to an appeal.

Unless otherwise stated beside a material, the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence shown in the footer applies. Credit the source, link to the licence and indicate changes. Third-party photographs and other materials may have separate terms.

Appeals and requests

Use the channels and instructions on the Contacts, citizens’ appeals and public information requests pages. Check your contact details, message and attachments before submission. Retain a submission confirmation where one is provided.

Security and accessibility

Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website or upload harmful files. Display preferences are available in the Accessibility menu. To report a page or service problem, send the page address and a description to [email protected].
