Ukraine’s Minister for Communities, Territories and Internally Displaced Persons Vitalii Bezghin gave an interview to Interfax-Ukraine, discussing new approaches to state regional policy, community development and the effective use of limited resources during the war.

Particular attention was paid to supporting internally displaced persons and moving to a people-centred system that provides a clear pathway from evacuation to housing, employment and integration into a new community.
