Maksym Stoliarchuk appointed Deputy Minister for Digitalisation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed Maksym Stoliarchuk Deputy Minister for Communities, Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine for Digitalisation (CDTO).

Maksym Stoliarchuk has experience implementing digital solutions at the regional level. Over the past year, he served as Deputy Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, where he was responsible for digitalisation. Before that, he worked for more than four years in Lviv region, where he implemented a number of practical digital projects.

In his new role, Maksym Stoliarchuk will focus on the Ministry’s digital transformation, including developing work with data and digital services and introducing new technological solutions for regions and territorial communities.

The appointment will support the further development of digital tools in regional policy and local self-government, as well as improve the effectiveness of the Ministry’s interaction with communities.
