Vitalii Bezghin, Minister for Communities, Territories and Internally Displaced Persons, on a Working Visit to Kharkiv Region

Together with Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, and members of parliament, he met with community representatives. The focus was on support for employees in frontline territories, communities’ financial capacity in the 2027 budget, evacuation and support for internally displaced persons.

Special attention was paid to legislative initiatives on social and labour guarantees for those working amid active hostilities, as well as improvements to evacuation and accommodation mechanisms.

Frontline communities need specific solutions and systematic support. The Ministry continues its dialogue with communities to develop solutions together that meet their needs.
