These include:

▪️The State Close By. Access to state services must be ensured for every Ukrainian. We are therefore launching “The State Close By” project, strengthening the role of village wardens and bringing state services closer to people.

▪️ Frontline areas. We are bringing existing support instruments together into one system and scaling up “The State Close By. Front Line”.

▪️ Mountain communities. The Government has already designated 85 mountain territorial communities. The next step is to give this status substance through concrete development programmes and opportunities.

▪️ Financing community development. We are relaunching the State Fund for Regional Development and creating a separate institution.

▪️ Project office in Ivano-Frankivsk. We plan to train 1000 managers who will help communities develop quality investment projects and prepare to work with European funds.

▪️ Support for IDPs. The Ministry’s task is to combine fragmented solutions into one clear pathway for each person. At the same time, we are gradually moving from temporary accommodation to long-term housing solutions.

▪️ Accessibility. The target is 500 accessible routes in communities.

▪️ Preparing for EU Cohesion Policy. We are aligning national, regional and local strategies, linking planning to financing and already building a system that can work effectively with European funds. Different territories have different conditions, so state support instruments for them must also differ.

Minregion remains a reliable partner for communities, regional military administrations and local government.
