As part of “Winter Support”, work continues to ensure resilience and access to the necessary support for people, communities and businesses. yeOpora brings together current national and regional programmes, practical recommendations and up-to-date contacts.
Russia continues to attack Ukraine’s electricity, gas and heating infrastructure. The scale and nature of the attacks pose serious risks to a stable energy supply. The situation may vary by region.
The state is preparing systematically for the heating season: strengthening the resilience of electricity, gas and heating infrastructure, building the necessary reserves, supporting communities, ensuring that Points of Invincibility are ready and implementing support programmes. Communities, institutions and businesses are taking the necessary steps to prepare for winter. It is also important that people know which existing support programmes are available to them, where to access them and what to do in the event of possible temporary infrastructure disruptions.
For this purpose, the government has launched a single website with current assistance programmes, practical recommendations and up-to-date contacts. It brings together information on available support programmes and practical recommendations for different groups of people, condominium associations, institutions and businesses.
The website helps users quickly find information by category, need and region.
