Vitalii Bielobrov appointed Deputy Minister of Minregion

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed Vitalii Bielobrov Deputy Minister for Communities, Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine.

Within his remit, he will oversee three areas of work: regional policy, temporarily occupied territories and support for internally displaced persons.

Vitalii Bielobrov has experience working in the Kherson region, where he spent part of his professional career. He worked on regional development and faced challenges related to the occupation of territories and support for Ukrainians who lost their homes.

His experience will be important for the Ministry’s further work in these areas.
