Methodological recommendations for drafting the Charter of a territorial community

These methodological recommendations have been developed to assist local self-government bodies in preparing Charters of territorial communities (or amending existing ones), intended to implement the new provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Local Self-Government in Ukraine” concerning the determination of the procedure and application of forms of participation by the territorial community in resolving matters of local significance”.
