Applicants registered as internally displaced persons (IDPs) can use special admission conditions or transfer to studies funded by the state or regional budget.
These conditions apply to obtaining:

Transfer is possible to vacant publicly funded places if these are available at the educational institution.
How do you enrol in or transfer to state-commissioned studies?
- Read the admission rules on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and of your chosen institution
- Register an electronic applicant account and upload all the necessary documents
- Enter information about your entitlement (IDP status). If necessary, contact any educational institution to confirm the information.
Meet the enrolment requirements and wait for a decision on transfer to state- or regionally commissioned places, if available.
