To protect the interests of state enterprises within the management scope of the Ministry of Infrastructure located in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea
I HEREBY ORDER:
1. Approve the attached composition of the Working Group to examine legal measures aimed at protecting the interests of state enterprises within the management scope of the Ministry of Infrastructure located in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (hereinafter referred to as the working group).
2. The Working Group shall analyse problematic issues in the operation of state enterprises within the management scope of the Ministry of Infrastructure located in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and develop measures aimed at resolving them, including those concerning lost profits.
3. Permit the chair of the Working Group, where necessary, to involve specialists from central and local executive authorities (with the consent of their heads), local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organisations, scientists, and representatives of civil society institutions in its work in accordance with the established procedure, and to make changes to the composition of the Working Group.
4. Assign supervision of the implementation of this Order to Deputy Minister and Chief of Staff V. V. Omelian.
