NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DRAFT Terms of Reference for the development of a draft new DBN А.2.2-1:2021 “Composition and content of environmental impact assessment materials (EIA)”.

The Ministry for Recovery, Infrastructure and Transport of Ukraine, in accordance with the provisions of the Procedure for the development, coordination, approval, registration, amendment and repeal of building codes, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 30 June 2010 No. 543, publishes draft Terms of Reference for the development of a draft new edition of DBN А.2.2-1:2021 “Composition and content of environmental impact assessment materials (EIA)”, developed by the State Enterprise “V. S. Balytskyi Research Institute of Construction Production”.

Please note that proposals on the draft Terms of Reference for the development of a draft new edition of DBN А.2.2-1:2021 “Composition and content of environmental impact assessment materials (EIA)” are accepted by the Ministry (as an authority responsible for construction regulation) in writing within ten working days after publication (date of publication: 24.07.2026) to the email address [email protected] or [email protected].
