NOTICE OF PUBLICATION of the draft first edition of Amendment No. 2 to DBN В.2.2-9:2018 “Public buildings and structures. Basic provisions”. 

The Ministry for Recovery, Infrastructure and Transport of Ukraine, in accordance with the provisions of the Procedure for the development, coordination, approval, registration, amendment and repeal of building codes, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 30 June 2010 No. 543, publishes the draft first edition of Amendment No. 2 to DBN В.2.2-15:2019 “Residential buildings. Basic provisions” and the draft first edition of Amendment No. 2 to DBN В.2.2-9:2018 “Public buildings and structures. Basic provisions”, developed by the State Enterprise “State Research Institute of Building Constructions”. 

Please note that proposals on draft Amendment No. 2 to DBN В.2.2-15:2019 “Residential buildings. Basic provisions” and Amendment No. 2 to DBN В.2.2-9:2018 “Public buildings and structures. Basic provisions” are accepted by the Ministry (as an authority responsible for construction regulation) in writing within ten working days after publication (date of publication: 23.09.2026) to the email address [email protected] or [email protected].
