Grounds for a certified practitioner to submit information to the Ministry confirming the absence of a break in professional work exceeding three years

Documents submitted by a certified practitioner to the Ministry to confirm the existence of the relevant grounds

1.

Performance by a certified practitioner of the relevant work relating to facilities for which the submission and receipt of documents in accordance with  

legislation take place in  

paper form

1. Copies of documents on employment and professional experience (employment record book, civil-law contract, etc.); 
2. Notification of the practitioner's professional activities and/or creative achievements; 
3. A copy (extract) of the enterprise's administrative document on engaging the practitioner to perform certain types of work (services) related to the creation of architectural objects, if the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector does not contain information on the engagement of such persons 
4. A certificate issued by the client (general contractor if the work was performed under a subcontract) confirming the Ministry's performance over the last three years of work in accordance with its specialization indicated in its qualification certificate at facilities classified as "Secret" or "For Official Use".

Performance by a certified practitioner of the relevant work relating to facilities constructed without using the electronic system

1. Copies of documents on employment and professional experience (employment record book, civil-law contract, etc.); 
2. Notification of the practitioner's professional activities and/or creative achievements; 
3. A copy (extract) of the enterprise's administrative document on engaging the practitioner to perform certain types of work (services) related to the creation of architectural objects, if the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector does not contain information on the engagement of such persons 
4. A general contract (subcontract) for the performance of work concluded between the certified practitioner or their employer and the client or general contractor. 
5. A certificate from the client (general contractor if the work was performed under a subcontract) confirming performance by the certified practitioner under the above general contract (subcontract).

1. A justification by the certified practitioner, in any form, that under current legislation the facility specified in the above general contract (subcontract) is constructed without using the electronic system

Entry of information concerning  

a certified practitioner for whom the period of a break in professional work is suspended during their military service

1. Copies of documents on employment and professional experience (employment record book, civil-law contract, etc.); 
2. Notification of the practitioner's professional activities and/or creative achievements; 
3. A copy (extract) of the enterprise's administrative document on engaging the practitioner to perform certain types of work (services) related to the creation of architectural objects, if the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector does not contain information on the engagement of such persons 
4. A certificate from the place of service confirming the certified practitioner's military service, indicating the start date of such service and the date of discharge (if discharged).

Entry of information concerning a certified practitioner for whom research activities are regarded as professional work, provided that functions are performed in the field of professional specialization

1. An order appointing the person to a position at an enterprise, institution or organization whose activities include research in the field of professional specialization. 
2. A job description for the above position providing for research in the field of professional specialization. 
3. Contracts for research activities in the field of professional specialization. 
4. Research works (projects, articles, monographs, etc.).

Entry of information concerning a certified practitioner for whom teaching activities are regarded as professional work, provided that functions are performed in the field of professional specialization

1. An order appointing the person to a position at an enterprise, institution or organization whose activities include teaching in the field of professional specialization. 
2. A job description for the above position providing for teaching in the field of professional specialization. 
3. Contracts for teaching activities in the field of professional specialization.

Entry of information concerning a certified practitioner for whom work in state bodies or local self-government bodies is regarded as professional work, provided that functions are performed in the field of professional specialization

1. An order appointing the person to a position in state bodies or local self-government bodies.
