## Biography

Born on 30 August 1983 in Zinkiv, Poltava Region.

### Education

In 2006, graduated from the International Scientific and Technical University with a degree in Law, qualifying as a lawyer with honours.

In 2011, graduated from the Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine with a degree in Public Administration and a Master of Public Administration qualification.

In 2015, completed training in Good Governance at Europäische Akademie Berlin under the German-Ukrainian programme “Academy of Good Governance and Empowerment in Europe” (AGREE), a project of the German Federal Foreign Office.

### Professional experience

Began his professional career as a student in 2004, working part-time as a legal adviser to the Poltava regional organisation of the Ukrainian People’s Party.

From 2004 to 2005, served as Director of the Poltava-Fakt Information and Publishing Agency LLC.

From 2006 to 2007, worked as a leading specialist and chief specialist in the Legal Department of the administration office of the Poltava Regional State Administration.

From 2007 to 2019, headed the State Register of Voters Administration Department of the administration office of the Poltava Regional State Administration.

From 2019 to 2020, headed the expert group on ensuring the exercise of electoral rights within the Directorate for Territorial and Local Development of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

From 2020 to 2021, headed the expert group on the territorial organisation of government and electoral processes within the Directorate for Coordination and Evaluation of Regional Policy of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

From 2021 to 2026, served as Director of the Department of Regional Policy of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

On 6 August 2026, was appointed State Secretary of the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine by a decision of the Government.
