## Biography

Born on 25 August 1983 in Kherson.

### Education:

He graduated from Kherson State Agrarian University with a qualification in hydraulic engineering and

from Kherson State University with a qualification in business administration.

He completed the McCain Global Leaders Ukraine Fellowship programme at the McCain Institute at Arizona State University (USA).

He is currently enrolled in the Advancing Sustainable Development in Ukraine programme (2026-2027) at the Harvard School of Public Health.

### Professional experience:

He worked in the insurance and auction sectors. In 2022, he became Head of the Office for Investment and Export Development of the Kherson Regional State Administration.

In 2023, he was appointed Deputy Mayor of Kherson responsible for the activities of the council's executive bodies.

On 8 October 2026, he was appointed Deputy Minister for Communities, Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine.
