## Biography

Born on 24 August 1995 in the city of Kyiv.

### Education

In 2018, he graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in Philosophy.

He completed the Project and Programme Management course of the International Project Management Association, attended courses in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University (United Kingdom), and completed the Infrastructure Business Cases programme of APMG International and a number of professional development programmes of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

### Professional experience

He began his career in the civic, publishing and education sectors. In particular, from 2014, he worked in the national committee of the European Youth Parliament and in international development projects. From 2017, he managed projects at Edinburgh Business School in Ukraine and at House of Knowledge, a platform for international educational certifications.

Since 2022, he has worked in the public sector in the field of international cooperation. He headed the International Cooperation Office of the Kyiv Regional State Administration and served as an adviser to the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

From 2024, he worked at the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, heading the Investment Policy Department and subsequently the International Cooperation and European Integration Department.

On 23 September 2026, he was appointed Deputy Minister for Communities, Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine for European Integration.

Artem Husak directs and coordinates activities to ensure that the Ministry fulfils its tasks and functions in the formulation and implementation of state policy, particularly in international cooperation, European integration and public investment management.
