# Partial compensation for an affordable eOselia mortgage

For IDPs and residents of frontline territories, the state covers 70% of the down payment and monthly payments during the first year, and also reimburses mortgage arrangement costs.

## The mechanism provides for:

- reimbursement of 70% of the mortgage down payment, but no more than 30% of the housing cost;

- 70% compensation for monthly payments during the first year of the loan;

- up to UAH 40 thousand to reimburse associated costs: commissions, fees and insurance payments.

## Housing restrictions:

Maximum cost: up to UAH 2 million.

The age of the property is taken into account:

**for IDPs:**

- in Kyiv and regional centres, no older than 10 years;

- in other settlements, no older than 20 years;

**for residents of frontline territories, the programme's existing rules apply:**

- in frontline territories, up to 10 years;

- when purchasing outside such territories, up to 3 years.

## Who can use it:

- internally displaced persons entered in the state database;

- citizens registered in frontline territories.

Applications can be submitted through a partner bank of the programme.
