NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DRAFT Amendment No. 1 to DBN В.1.2-7:2021 “Basic requirements for buildings and structures. Fire safety”

The Ministry of Infrastructure, in accordance with the provisions of the Procedure for the development, coordination, approval, registration, amendment and repeal of building codes, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 30 June 2010 No. 543, publishes draft Amendment No. 1 to DBN В.1.2-7:2021 “Basic requirements for buildings and structures. Fire safety”, developed by the Institute of Public Administration and Research in Civil Protection, and also publishes the text of the explanatory note.

Please note that proposals on draft Amendment No. 1 to DBN В.1.2-7:2021 are accepted by the Ministry (as an authority responsible for construction regulation) in writing within ten working days after publication (date of publication: 10.06.2024) to the email address s.horodetskyi@mtu.gov.ua or miu@mtu.gov.ua.
