NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DRAFT terms of reference for the development of Amendment No. 1 to DBN В.1.2-7:2021

The Ministry of Infrastructure, in accordance with the provisions of the Procedure for the development, coordination, approval, registration, amendment and repeal of building codes, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 30 June 2010 No. 543, publishes draft terms of reference for the development of Amendment No. 1 to DBN В.1.2-7:2021 “Basic requirements for buildings and structures. Fire safety”, developed by the Institute of Public Administration and Research in Civil Protection jointly with the State Enterprise “State Research Institute of Building Constructions”.

Please note that proposals on the draft terms of reference are accepted by the Ministry (as an authority responsible for construction regulation) in writing within ten working days after their publication (date of publication: 23.04.2024) to the email address s.horodetskyi@mtu.gov.ua or miu@mtu.gov.ua
