What has changed? We are bringing Ukrainian energy efficiency requirements for buildings and equipment into line with EU rules. We updated the rules for ecodesign and energy labelling of equipment. We also approved requirements for buildings with nearly zero energy consumption. Indicator 10.16 was fully achieved within the timeframe set by the Ukraine Plan.
